This was my second stay at Art Hotel Hanoi and I highly recommend this hotel whenever you are in Hanoi. The location is ideal for walking and seeing sights in the Old Quarter. The staff is what makes this hotel so special. They really go out of their way to see to your comfort.

Best hotel in Old Quarter

Great location, friendly and helpful staff that go out of their way to make your stay comfortable.This was my third time at art hotel hanoi. an example of the little things that make a difference - i preferred using the decorative bed pillow under my head and switched the pillow cover. the cleaning staff noticed this and continued putting a clean pillow cover on my pillow of choice everyday. it was a small thing but it meant a lot to me that they were concerned about my comfort. and they did not have to be reminded about air and train transfers. they were organized and aware. and the young man who transferred me to the hectic train station late at night, went above and beyond delivering me right to my berth aboard the train.
