This hotel deserves all the praise it gets for comfort, service and location. For a hotel in the centre of a city, we didn't find it ridiculously expensive either. We loved it for three reasons:
1 - No hidden prices at all
2 - The stuff showed so much warmth and friendliness to guests that's usually unseen in city hotels.
3- We didn't have to go far for great restaurants, it's so well located that you barelyhave to get to the and of tre stress to find a plethora of choices. This's exellent little hotel with exellent stuff, thanks for Martin, Phuong and Chris.. Thanks for all...
Highly recommended . I would definitely stay here again

The staff were the jewel in the crown. From the moment we stepped in the front door we were part of the family. Mr. Chris, Mrs. Lan and Ms. Yip were extraordinary, and nothing was too much trouble for them or any of the other staff.
The location of the hotel is fabulous for exploring the old city and most sights are easily accessible on foot. Once again staff were only too happy to assist us with directions to anywhere we wanted to go.

We loved everything about this hotel! We stayed here 2 nights in a Deluxe Quite room and then one night in a standard room.
As soon as we arrived, they gave us a free upgrade to a suite and we were offered a hot beverage and fresh fruit, then shown to our room and explained all the features. Everything we needed was taken care of ordering taxi, taking care of our luggage after we checked out, information about the city/train/tickets/tours/where to buy things/where to eat, etc.. Breakfast was delicious, with many options. This hotel has an elevator, which makes it easier. Some rooms have windows facing the street, and others just have thin windows facing the alley without much light (but this is common in Vietnam). Hot shower, tea kettle, free wi-fi, flat screen tv, bathrobes are some of the features. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.
The best part was the staff; all very courteous and helpful. They even sent us fresh fruit to our room! The best service we ever had. Mr. Chris, the manager and his staff take care of anything you need. This hotel is recommended to anyone wanting some pampering at a very-very reasonable price. It is close to all main attractions all within walking distance - the lake, Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, Lenin park, old quarters, etc.
